Woman killed, man facing manslaughter charges in Humble accident

HUMBLE, TX – A woman was killed and a man is facing manslaughter charges after a single-vehicle accident in Harris County this weekend, according to KPRC2.

The accident occurred in the 6000 block of Glen Lee Drive in Humble at about 5:45 a.m. Sunday morning, when 35-year-old Eliud Isael Martinez Sanchez, operating a grey GMC Yukon, was allegedly swerving between lanes.

The Yukon went into a ditch, then flipped over.

A 36-year-old female passenger died at the scene.

Sanchez was taken to the hospital for the treatment of serious injuries.

He is facing charges of intoxication manslaughter in connection with the crash.
