LUBBOCK, TX – One man died in a wrong-way crash on U.S. 84 on Thursday night involving a semi-truck.
According to KCBD, the victim was identified as Rogelio Juarez, 23. Juarez was driving the wrong way on U.S. 84 near Anton around 9:30 p.m. on Nov. 11. The driver of the semi-truck attempted to avoid colliding with Juarez, but could not avoid it. Juarez was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the semi-truck was taken to UMC and is in an unknown condition.
