SHALLOWATER, TX – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a BNSF train on Wednesday night, Aug. 11, the railroad company confirmed.
According to KCBD, the train was carrying a mixed freight when it struck a “trespasser” Wednesday around 9:45 p.m.
The victim has not yet been identified. The Lubbock County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.
