Crash in Edinburg leaves man dead

EDINBURG, TX – A 23-year-old man was killed by an accident in Edinburg on Sunday, KRGV reports. 

The victim was driving a blue Toyota Camry westbound on East Richardson Road when he lost control and struck an electrical pole around 3 a.m.

He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

At this time the cause of the crash is not clear. Police are waiting on a toxicology report to finish their investigation.
