SAN ANTONIO, TX – A man was arrested in connection with a hit-and-run that left a man in critical condition, KSAT reports.
The crash occurred around 7 a.m. on Monday morning on Fran Fran Street, near Highway 90 and South Zarzamora. The victim was riding a bicycle when he was struck by a dump truck. The dump truck driver then fled the scene, leaving the victim unconscious. The victim appears to be in his fifties or sixties.
Later that evening, the 25 year-old dump truck driver turned himself in to the police station was was charged with failure to stop and render aid with serious bodily injury.
