Narrative
SAN ANTONIO, TX – Four vehicles collided at a busy intersection in the Village North area of San Antonio on Tuesday, injuring two children.
The incident happened around 5 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Austin Highway and Walzem Road, which is east of Salado Creek and the Oakwell TrailHead Park.
Police say that one of the drivers suffered a medical episode, causing them to lose control of their vehicle and cause a crash that involved seven people.
Officials have not commented on the extent of the childrens’ injuries, nor have they mentioned any additional injuries.
