Crash in northeast San Antonio leaves woman with life-threatening injuries

SAN ANTONIO, TX – A woman suffered life-threatening injuries in a collision on the northeast side of the city early on Sunday morning, Fox San Antonio reports. 

The crash occurred on the Lp 410 access road near Austin Highway around 3 a.m.

The 37-year-old victim was a passenger in a Lexus that collided with a Hyundai while attempting to make a lane change. Both vehicles were travelling west at the time of the crash.

The driver of the Lexus is likely to face charges for driving while intoxicated. The victim was not wearing a seatbelt.

No other injuries have been reported.
