Driver suspected of DWI after head-on crash in San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO, TX – A man is currently being investigated for DWI after causing a head-on collision in San Antonio on Monday morning, KSAT reports. 

The accident occurred at the intersection of West Woodlawn Avenue and Blanco Road around 1:20 a.m.

A man in a sedan was travelling on Woodlawn when he attempted to turn left on Blanco Road and crashed into a truck.

The truck rolled over as a result of the collision. The man driving was uninjured while his female passenger sustained minor injuries.

The driver of the sedan was injured and transported to University Hospital in stable condition. He is currently being evaluated for DWI.
