SAN ANTONIO, TX – A woman is dead after being hit by a driver who fled the scene in San Antonio on Monday morning, KSAT reports.
The accident occurred on eastbound I-10 near De Zavala Road around 4 a.m. The cause of the accident is not clear at this time but it appears that the woman was hit by a vehicle that did not stop to help.
The victim, who has not yet been identified, died at the scene.
