SAN ANTONIO, TX – A woman was injured on Lp 410 after an accident resulted in her being trapped inside her vehicle, KSAT reports.
The crash occurred near the San Pedro Avenue exit around 2 a.m.
Although the cause of the accident is not clear at this time, it has been reported that two vehicles collided while travelling on Lp 410. The collision forced one of the vehicles to the side of the highway, where it crashed into a barrier and trapped the driver inside.
The other driver was able to pull over and escaped injury. The woman who became trapped was rescued by firefighters and suffered a head injury.
Police are investigating to determine if intoxication was a factor in the crash.
