Pedestrian killed in multi-vehicle Dallas hit-and-run

DALLAS, TX – A pedestrian died Monday night after being struck by multiple vehicles near the Trinity Forest Golf Club, Dallas police say.

According to WFAA, the victim was walking on the 6400 block of Great Trinity Forest Way around 9 p.m. on Aug. 9.

Multiple vehicles struck the man, killing him at the scene. The first driver that hit him kept going, but the other vehicles stopped to render aid.

Police are investigating why the man was walking in the street and have not identified the driver that fled.
