Narrative
WEATHERFORD, TX – A female driver died early Sunday morning when two other vehicles struck her car as she turned left at a central Parker County intersection.
Police say the crash happened overnight, around 1:15 a.m., in the area of FM 51 and North Bend Road. This is north of Ric Williamson Memorial Highway in the northern outskirts of Weatherford.
Police have not yet attributed fault in the crash. They say the 18-year-old victim initiated a left turn from North Bend onto FM 51 when two other vehicles crashed into her car, killing her at the scene. Authorities have not yet released her identity to the public.
Of the four passengers in the victim’s car, three were hospitalized with unspecified injuries.
No other injuries have been referenced in connection to the accident.
