Motorcyclist killed in early-morning crash on College St

BEAUMONT, TX – A motorcyclist from Beaumont was killed in a crash on College Street early this morning, according to information from KFDM News.

The crash happened in the 4200 block of College St near Denton Drive and the Raceway gas station at around 6 a.m.

A driver headed westbound on College St made a left turn onto Denton, pulling in front of a motorcyclist headed eastbound. The two vehicles then collided.

The motorcyclist, identified as 33-year-old Beaumont resident Corey Sennet, was pronounced dead at the scene.

It is unclear if the other driver was hurt in the crash.

Authorities continue to investigate at this time.
