NEDERLAND, TX – A woman was fatally struck by a hit-and-run driver on State Highway 347 near Nederland this weekend, according to information from KFDM.
The crash occurred on SH-347 and Third Avenue at about 2:30 a.m. on September 26, as 32-year-old Port Neches resident Nicole Robinson was walking near the shoulder.
Robinson was then struck by an unidentified driver who then fled the crash without stopping to render aid.
Robinson was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver has not yet been located.
