2 hospitalized, 2 children hurt in multi-vehicle crash on FM 2004 Rd

LA MARQUE, TX – Two people were hospitalized and two children were hurt as a result of a multi-vehicle crash on FM 2004 in La Marque on Friday afternoon, according to the Galveston County Daily News.

The crash happened in the 900 block of FM 2004, near FM 1764 Road and just south of the Gulf Freeway (I-45), at around 3:30 p.m. The crash involved a pickup truck and two SUVs and may have been caused by one driver’s failure to yield to another vehicle.

Two people sustained non-critical injuries in the accident and were hospitalized as a result.

Two children riding in the pickup truck suffered minor injuries during the accident.

Authorities continue to investigate the accident at this time.
