Woman hurt in two-vehicle crash on FM 1764 in Texas City

TEXAS CITY, TX – A woman was injured in a two-vehicle collision on FM 1764 Road in Texas City last week, according to information from the Texas Department of Transportation.

The crash occurred on FM 1764 Rd and State Highway 146 (36th Street N) at 9:37 a.m. Wednesday, when the 58-year-old driver of a maroon 2014 Chevrolet crashed into the left front quarter of a tan 2003 GMC.

The driver of the GMC, a 25-year-old woman, suffered possible injuries in the accident.

The at-fault driver was not reported as injured.
