Pedestrian and motorcyclist injured in early-morning crash on 610 North Loop

HOUSTON, TX – A pedestrian and a motorcyclist were severely injured in a crash on the 610 North Loop early yesterday morning, according to KHOU.

The crash happened on the eastbound North Loop, near N Main Street and I-45 at about 3 a.m., when a motorcyclist collided with a woman who was walking in the roadway.

The motorcyclist and the pedestrian both sustained critical, severe injuries in the crash.

The eastbound lanes of the highway were shut down for about two hours as authorities investigated the crash. The roadway was reopened just before 5 a.m.
