Single-vehicle crash in Greater Inwood claims 1 life

HOUSTON, TX – A teen driver was killed when his vehicle careened into a tree in the Greater Inwood area early Sunday.

According to The Leader, the 19-year-old driver lost control of his vehicle at about 2 a.m. while traveling in the 6000 block of West Little York Road near Victory Drive.

Police say the victim’s vehicle crashed off the road and entered the median, before crashing into the tree. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
