Motorcyclist dead after being thrown from bike during crash on N Lamar Blvd

AUSTIN, TX – A motorcyclist was killed when they were ejected from their vehicle in a crash on N Lamar Boulevard late Wednesday night, according to CBS Austin.

The crash occurred on N Lamar Blvd and San Gabriel Street at around 11:58 p.m., when a motorcyclist lost control of their vehicle and was then ejected from the bike.

An officer near the scene performed CPR on the victim until EMS arrived at the scene.

The victim was taken to Dell Seton, where they later succumbed to their severe injuries.

No other people were hurt in the collision, which remains under investigation.
