Two people injured during early-morning, multi-vehicle collision on I-35

AUSTIN, TX – Two people were taken to the hospital following a multi-vehicle collision on I-35 early yesterday morning, according to the Austin-Travis County EMS.


The crash occurred in the 4600 block of S I-35 northbound at 6:43 a.m., when between three and four vehicles collided.

Two people were taken to St. David’s South for the treatment of non-critical injuries.

Their identities and the cause of the crash were not immediately released.

ATCEMS advised drivers to avoid the area if possible and to be aware of crews working to clean up the accident.
